The TikTok maker and barista went on the platform to call an individual who didn’t even appear to be aware of their own diet. they wanted their worker to be able to accommodate.

The video of @SugarPaws1 has racked up nearly 100,000 hits since the video went live on April 11. The video recounts what transpired when a customer walked in seeking ketogenic coffee alternatives.
“I do not understand why people aren’t aware of get a fucking orders,” @sugarpaws1 explains. “So the lady walks in and asks”what’s the best coffee you can get that’s keto and not the same as black coffee? ‘”
“I’m not a dietetic is it not? How do I know this?” the creator says. “So I’m thinking, “that’s quite a specific diet, therefore you’ll need to let me know what you’d like to eat.”

The objective of the ketogenic diet is to achieve ketosis, which means that the body burns off stored protein and fat to generate energy, rather than glucose derived from carbohydrates, which could cause weight reduction. The ketogenic diet is utilized by epilepsy sufferers to help manage symptoms.
@sugarpaws1 suggested adding some modifications to the coffee that are in line with ketogenic eating such as heavy cream or sugar-free vanilla syrup. However, they claims that the customer was not satisfied with the solution.

“You’d need to let me know what you’d like to know,” @sugarpaws1 adds.
Commenters on the post saw their creator’s back.
“People are willing to wait for 10+ hours staring at the menu, then come up and tell you what you have on the menu,” one user wrote.
“Why people who talk about diets assume that everyone is wrapped in diet culture too,” another person adds.
The author goes on to clarify that the customer was able to order drinks that were not keto-friendly.
“It’s always keto-friendly people. In my job, I’m in the bakery, and I hear keto a lot,” one of the commenters says.
